Where do you ship to?

How long will it take to get my order?
Some countries are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic partners’ warehouse. It takes around 2 to 3 days for us to process your order for shipping.
Once it is shipped, the arrival time will be:

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
Base on information we were given by our shipping partners, the most likely case is the custom fee & duty can be avoided in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, countries in the European Union, Norway, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Anywhere else, we have to check with our shipping agent. We try our best to help you minimize custom fees and taxes but sometimes there is that one unlucky package.

The backpack came very quickly, there was no smell, small, but very roomy. The only drawback is a little dirty, it looks like the ink from the pen, does not wash (((the ink trace is not being washed

24 days including holidays, excellent! All locks are working, the seams are even, there is a smell, but I think for a day on the balcony it completely disappears. I stuffed a backpack with newspapers to keep the form, I think when I score things in general it will be fine)))
